Terms of Use
By using ScamCatch you agree to these terms. They're short and written to be readable.
What ScamCatch is
ScamCatch is a free tool that analyzes content you paste and gives an automated opinion on how likely it is to be a scam, along with possible red flags and suggested steps. It is an aid to your own judgment.
Not professional or legal advice
ScamCatch's output is generated by an AI model and may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. A low risk score is not a guarantee that something is safe, and a high score is not proof of fraud. It is not legal, financial, or security advice. When money, accounts, or identity are involved, always verify independently through official channels you locate yourself. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Acceptable use
- Don't use ScamCatch to harass, defame, or build tools that harm others.
- Don't attempt to overload, scrape, or abuse the service.
- Don't paste content you don't have the right to share.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, ScamCatch is not liable for losses arising from use of or reliance on the tool.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use means you accept the current version.
